"The NovaSom in-home test was a great convenience for me and was less stressful than having to go to a sleep clinic for the testing. The instruction video was very informative and simple to understand. I completed the testing without any complications. I would highly recommend this testing to others as I did not have to worry about trying to fall asleep in a strange environment. The test found that I did suffer severely from Sleep Apnea. I am currently using a C-PAP machine and feel better rested that I have in years. The test definitely works and may have possibly helped save my life.
